I NEED A LITTLE HELP! (on the day event coordination)
For the couple or organiser who has everything locked in but would prefer to leave the execution to the experts (us), this is the package for you. On the day, we’ll be there before the festivities begin and we’ll stay until after your sparkler send off to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. Leave the stress behind– and ensure all plans are executed without a glitch.
- A few weeks prior to the wedding we’ll work with you to gather your list of suppliers and their contact details.
- With your guidance we’ll create a run sheet for your event which includes a full day to night timeline as well as delivery and pick up logistics for all suppliers involved.
- So everyone knows the planned schedule of events, we’ll contact and supply a copy of the runsheet to all suppliers
- On the day, we ensure that all deliveries and services are carried out as per the run sheet – this includes the set up and styling of all areas of the wedding as per your design plan.
- This package includes 1-2 staff members depending on the size of your event.
- We become the emergency contact on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly – including wet weather implementation.
I NEED YOUR HELP MAKING ME LOOK GOOD (event styling)
Perfect for the DIY couple or event planner who need help bringing their vision to life. With your venue booked, you just need some help finalising the theme , such as choosing the correct furniture and props and bringing your vision to life.
- We work with you to create a mood board and styling plan for the ceremony, canapé and reception areas.
- To bring the vision to life we source the styling elements including furniture, decor, lighting, stationary, flowers, tableware, linen, bar staff and amenities.
- On the day we’ll set up and style of the ceremony, canapé and reception areas according to the design plan.
I NEED A LOT OF HELP! (full event/wedding planning)
For people who just don’t know where to start, let us take away your stresses and do everything from start to end. We will work with you on your ideal vision for the day and be there every step of the way to ensure it goes off without a hitch. It takes on average over 250 hours to plan a wedding. After all the googling, phone calling, appointment taking, decision making, food and wine tasting (yum!), spreadsheet building, more decision making, credit card swiping, run sheet producing, rehearsal managing, people herding, you may barely have to have enough sanity, energy and excitement for the wedding day itself!
So this plan covers it all, if you choose to add our wedding planning service too we’ll have a dedicated planner guide you from start to finish and make sure everything that’s important to you has been looked after.
